A diverse programme and plenty of hands-on activities

With a varied programme and plenty of opportunities to get involved, the company once again sent a strong message about the importance of health in the workplace. This year, the spotlight was particularly on mental health – a topic that resonated strongly with participants. Many employees praised the inspiring atmosphere, the enriching exchange with colleagues, and the valuable takeaways from the talks and workshops.

The company was proud to welcome renowned speaker Frédéric Letzner as the headliner. His humorous yet provocative talks encouraged self-reflection. With titles like “Why Super(wo)man Isn’t Happy” and “Stress Makes You Stupid”, his insights struck a chord with the times.

In addition to relaxation and nutrition – from yoga, meditation and back massages to nutritional coaching – physical activity also played a key role. A sporty highlight was the management-led station, where department and team leaders introduced colleagues to the German Sports Badge. Medicine ball throwing, standing long jump or coordination exercises – many activities could be tried out on the spot. The company’s goal: to earn the German Sports Badge together as a team this year.

For those who preferred a more relaxed setting, the “active break” offered a chance to recharge, while the Bodyfit taster session allowed employees to test their fitness. External partners such as VITA Gesundheit, BKK and Heimatliebe Eventcatering also added to the programme – whether with healthy snacks, expert advice or small moments of well-being like the “Vein Angel”.

The Health Day has been an integral part of Fagus-GreCon’s corporate health management for years. A dedicated team with members from various departments continuously works on new initiatives covering movement, nutrition, medical care and mental well-being. The next Health Day is therefore much more than just a date in the calendar – it is a clear reflection of the company’s culture.
